PEX sessions: Advocacy

This online session is part of a series of events providing information on PEX projects.

The Philanthropy Advocacy (PA) initiative is aiming to maintain and develop the enabling environment for philanthropy across Europe. Based on the European Philanthropy Manifesto the PA team is acting as legal analysis hub for legislative initiatives affecting European philanthropy (i.e. tax policies related to cross-border philanthropy; anti-money laundering; rule of law), is providing regular monitoring about the legal situation for philanthropy across Europe and is engaging with the EU institutions to promote the policy recommendations of Europe’s philanthropy sector.
